Located 500 metres from L.A. Live, Epic Downtown Apartment offers accommodation in Los Angeles. This apartment features a year-round outdoor pool and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site.
There is a dining area and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Two 55' flat-screen TVs equipped with streaming devices that allow you to watch any and all channels or movies including international. Other facilities at Epic Downtown Apartment include a hot tub and fitness centre.
You can play tennis and mini-golf at the property, and bike hire is available. Microsoft Theater is 600 metres from Epic Downtown Apartment, while Staples Center is 800 metres away. The nearest airport is Los Angeles International Airport, 17 km from the property.

A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 沙烏地阿拉伯5日才傳出新成立的沙國反貪腐委員會，已經逮捕了11名王儲和數十位前任與現任部長。今天就傳出周日發生直升機墜毀空難，一名前王儲之子罹難。一系列的事件，被外界認為是現年32歲的沙國王子穆罕默德沙爾曼（Mohammed bin Salman）在正式接管政權前剷除內部異己。
罹難的王子曼蘇爾（Masour bin Muqrin）是沙國阿西爾省副省長，根據沙國國營媒體阿拉伯新聞台（Al-Arabiya）報導，曼蘇爾與另外七人，包括官員和機組員，全數罹難，目前空難原因不明，但有傳聞指出，這次意外也是實質領導人沙爾曼的立威之舉的陰謀論。
穆罕默德沙爾曼（Mohammed bin Salman）王子目前已被視為沙國實質領導者，控制國防、經濟等政府所有主要層級部門，一般認為他拘捕眾多王子及撤換內閣閣員等行動，都是在了在81歲父王正式移交政權前，剷除前朝官員，鞏固自身地位。
而美國總統川普對於沙國當局拘捕數十名政商人士的的反貪腐掃蕩則在推特上表示「非常有信心」，川普在五月任內的第一次出訪行程就是沙烏地阿拉伯，當時國王沙爾曼也給了他非常熱烈的接待。美沙兩國在歐巴馬時期間關係緊張，較著墨於伊朗的核子協議談判，而川普則一再重申兩個友好關係。
